Happy thanksgiving, it's not celebrated here but, I need the cozy chill holiday mood so, I imagine everyone having chill time each. Even if you are watching the internet alone after the late night job and feel like beaten harshly dragging the tired bone and flesh, wish you have some peace there. 😌

I surprisingly haven't slept much this week, like, maybe around 10-15 hours total, it's Thursday morning though🤔 not sure how this functions

I’m very sleepy so not sure I texted right

I wanna live as furry as possible but, in the end not sure what is the happy life as furry🤔 Doing arts? Going to cons? Communication? Horny thingie? If there's the country for furry, what should the king or the government do?🤔

When I try to be positive and proceed finally, always something discouraging happens. I think this happens because I expect nothing bad happens while I'm doing righteous thing. So it's natural, just have to get used to already and deal with them.

Also my parent keeps sending me salty things and what I don't like and things totally expired, I think they hate me🫠

My blood pressure got deadly high again so, I'll pace down curry intake and back to sodium less life🫠 The road to be sentient curry is not easy🫠

I wanna be a curry furry artist but now I only can see the future I'll be just a curry. I should take time to be furry more.

But if that's the power of art, I hope my arts will work like that for them

I tend to mumble those "thought" things irresponsibly, from Twitter era. But as an aspirant furry curry master and hopefully artist, I should be careful of my own whimsical dreamy opinions exposure🧐

I've heard of several closet furry stories. At least for my generation, my age, In Japan furry artists and fursuiter were kinda separated cultures. So, I kinda can understand there are people who loves furry arts secretly but says "I'm not furry". It's totally valid. 😌

btw I thought my curry character was cunningly made for introducing Japan but, nowadays I'm just trying to do reverse engineering of curry🫠

Starting experiments made me aware of that even tasting something should be learned intentionally. Without that I can’t notice slight flavors in dishes. And I found I don’t know how the taste is earned even about things I’ve usually eaten. Like, I can’t imagine how Tonkotsu soup is constructed 🧐

Overworking and, staying active in other timezone made me sleep through morning meetings twice in these 2 months... I don't like my job and the meeting where I report "I'm working as I said yesterday" but, need to fix my sleep anyway. I shouldn't cook and eat heavy curry at 7 A.M. without sleep...🫠

Anyway the potato texture was sooo good, haven't eaten potatoes like this for long I feel, cutting big is the right answer for this😌

I tried to cook “whole umami ingredients stir fry” once. In the end, 10 umami power of ingredients turned into 1 when they got mixed. And unbalanced🤔

Thinking about how to add aftertaste to curry still. I added fish dashi powder while eating curry today and, it earns some smoky umami flavor, actually it's a good way to change the taste while eating curry (if it's okay to be smelled like fish a bit)🤔 But still it's not strong enough as aftertaste

Thinking about Emulsion and searching information for long. Everyone studies lots about how physics work around cooking, I'm so noob here🤔 But it's interesting to know

I've thought I took off from curry for a week but accidentally it turned into 2 weeks, not sure where the week gone🤔 I kinda got rough at scaling the amounts of ingredients this time, maybe because of that. In the end I found I should use spices more but, need to make this reproducible more🧐

Autumn foods here are, potato, pumpkin, mushrooms, eggplant, many fishes like Pacific saury, many fruits like grape and chestnut. I relatively prefer Summer foods but love mushrooms. Burger shops start selling mushroom melt things😌 Foods make the seasons joyful more 😋

I read the guideline update roughly, I feel there will be the era of deciding which should get banned and which shouldn’t.🫠

I’ve thought about working at US a bit but even I can’t pay for the application fee if that’ll get higher as the president dreams. It’ll never happen 😝

These days I have one specific thing that keeps messing my mind, it's really stressful. I keep coming back with hope and keep getting hurt and think wanna abandon all totally. But I know it can be problematic in several situation. I'm becoming hating things around that and I don't like this myself.

btw I'm into book reader mood somehow but bought books for inspiration of drawings so I haven't slacked off in case🤔

Reading the book about historical general stores, the book said they are the place to gather, or giving people in the community some casual reasons to gather like having breakfast together, and people wanna keep the place for that so sometimes buy things from the store to support them too. 🤔

I've been physically not well but rather than that, I feel I can't enjoy anything this weekend, can't feel meaning to do things, just tired and sleep lots unnecessarily

Sometimes I feel like, I'm always in between, always late, I don't belong to any centers but around them. It's because I don't make myself the center and chase around things I can't catch up. Or even I hesitate to catch up. Maybe that's not so rare feeling, and not so true, just tunnel vision'd.

I intentionally choose curry for variety purpose but every curries I made have different colors, even without photo adjustments🤔

Btw Shichimi Chili is, a spice made with Chili and other condiments like sesame and orange peel and other things. Not only hot but has unique flavor😌

I feel I'm in self-doubting mode🧐 and when I'm like that, maybe being inspired by arts or artist's life I wanna live too might help more than being intimidated with arts. Finding what I wanna be and I wanna do is inspiration, finding what I have to do to catch up and prove myself is intimidation

Japanese family curry tends to have "secret additional ingredients", that's used a bit but changes flavor lots. I don't certificate them with my own tongue but, usually it's like, honey, yogurt, chocolate, KoreanBBQ sauce, coffee, ketchup, soy sauce, etc

Btw marmalade for curry is very useful and interesting… it changes flavor clearly. Also, I keep eating packaged curry and curry at restaurants, and I found I prefer spicier curry. My current roux is weak for strong ingredients, I’m gonna buy spicier roux and spices for addition next time. 🍛

Even if I haven't reached my personal goal yet, I wanna be satisfied with today I'm working towards it, so I don't work overtime for unproductive nonsense😤 I should think more self-centric😤
