Late post but yesterday, after a much needed quiet day, was a return to Cambridge - this time to visit Kings College Chapel (which has the tallest fan vaulted ceiling in the world), the Polar Expedition museum, and the Earth Sciences museum

A big travel day - Donnington Castle, Stonehenge, the Roman Baths, and then exploring the rest of the city of Bath (where I stumbled across a bookstore that felt like exactly what I would do if I won the lottery 🥺). History across the last 5000 years all in one big day 😌

Jousting and raptors and trebuchets oh my. Yesterday was a trip to Warwick castle. First time I've been there despite living down the road for the last five-odd years. Quite a delightful little day out. (Video of the trebuchet firing below)
