My top 10 videogames of the year. Wanderstop from @ivyroadgames.bsky.social is one of the few games that has probably permanently changed my brain chemistry and how I think about life. An easy Game of the Year for me personally! A few other caveats for the rest of this list down below...

glad to see this. for e33 in particular I don't think multi-mil budget games with 100s of people credited should be nom'd anyway... the word indie has moved beyond just being a shortening of "independent" - technicalities aside it's against the spirit and is taking away space from "real" indies.

Just rolled credits on It Takes a War and its basically Inscryption level meta by way of Counter Strike. Really cool themes and exploration and just immaculate VIBES in this one. Its less than an hour long amd about $7, people need to check it out

I've just pushed an update to It Takes a War that will hopefully fix any remaining texture issues people were having. I've tested it as thoroughly as I can but please let me know if you experience any issues as a result of this patch. 🙂
