Lots of birds between Saltholme & NthGare. Including a Sprawk grabbing a wader! Pleased with finding 2LittleStints at SeatonSnook + always good to see CurlewSand. 3WaterRails+Wood+Green Sand +many others. Always great friendly knowledgable birders around Cleveland way too.

One of those times you hope for when birding. Within 5 mins... Refound the Pectoral Sandpiper at Swilly 16.30. Two Hobby fly overhead, as I turn the corner a Bittern stood on the path. Then 2 greenshank, 6 blackwits, 6 snipe plus Curlew in the mud. Beardies calling nearbye! Not too shabby.

Cracking trip around South Gare today with very active 9 Arctic Skua all over the area. Had Common, Little, Sandwich, Arctic and Roseate Tern. Merlin app thought Caspian Tern too but I think not! :) Nice to see Knott too as inland birder.

Very quick visit to Fairburn Ings for 10 mins on the way home. Two Spoonbills dropped in front as I arrived, quickly followed by a Whimbrel and 3 common terns. Great, Little and Cattle egret present and a Hobby nearby
