One thing we were all absolutely DELIGHTED to do this evening was say a truly massive thanks to MD Manvinder for our wonderful performance of Elijah on Saturday. He did brilliantly and we are all chuffed to bits with how it all went. Award of Fiery Chariot first class. Really well deserved.

What a wonderful evening. Thank you to all our brilliant soloists, the super Serafine Sinfonia, us for hitting the notes, Manvinder for getting the very best out of all of us, Mendelssohn for writing such great music, all our friends and helpers, & you...our audience. A cracker of an evening.

Coming to BBC Radio 3 on March 8th, 18:00; Ethel Smyth's dark, brooding tale of forbidden love and doomed romance. Natalya Romaniw and Rob Murray lead the cast in our 2023 recording with the BBC Symphony Orchestra and BBC Singers.
