Erie County, PA: I've been making this type of chart (turnout vs. vote share per precinct) for many counties in PA but am absolutely baffled by this one. Erie is a bellwether county that has predicted the president in every election since 1980. I have not rounded any calculations in this chart.

Here's something interesting: Let's look at democratic stronghold cities. These charts show how well a candidate did based on precinct turnout. Notice that Harris is consistently concentrated towards the top of the vote shares...except in Philly where something odd happens......

Friends, do not fall for "you get what you voted for" rhetoric when it comes to the Latine community and ICE raids. There is a very fair chance that they really did not vote for this and that attacking the Latine vote was setting a trap to make dems placid towards ICE.
