📢 Paper out! Focal Cortical Dysplasia-linked epilepsy is more complex than expected - somatic mTOR-activating mutations affect multiple cell lineages, yet only a fraction become cytomegalic. Dysmorphic neurons show mitochondrial dysfunction.
