I thought I had already packed all of my stuffed cervines, but I found the cursed Peuramaa screaming deer buried under cardboard boxes in the combined bomb shelter and storage space. They are free now, for fifteen minutes before they go into another box

Vent but This “take care of yourself” thing like going to bed on time, eating healthy, dishes, groceries, laundry is so immensely difficult. As soon as I fall behind, I feel overwhelmed, so I just ignore the problem and try to start a new hobby instead—or I just stress eat until I can’t operate. 🦌

Shoddily copy-pasted the Renegade's rig onto the WIP donkey sculpt, and messed with retargeting to see what needs considering for actual rigging + anim. Looks like managing her tummy and chest will be the difficult part since it doesn't squish/compress well. Funnily, the hips are less problematic.

Doing art feels super hard lately but here's a funny reindeer

There are a thousand things I should do, but instead I imported Faith in Godot Engine. 🦩 The bone scaling on the neck gets extremely skewed, so I had to flatten the bone hierarchy (which prevents anim blending). I want to make a low-effort bird sandbox later, so I'll have to find a better solution.

Been playing Atlyss with some friends and it's high-key really good. I'm not too into RPGs typically, but the fast-paced action, palpable progression, and small world are really nice. Also love the variety in gear. You can really easily come up with and hold onto nice outfits! Look at this birb 🦩

Trying the Moho free trial since it looks really neat. I like it tons better than Spriter Pro v1, but the IK features--your bread and butter for skeletal animation--are locked behind the $400 "pro" version instead of coming with the $60 base version. That's... really awful. 😔
