I think a lot of these ❌ vs ✅ tutorials, while it may be well meaning, make young artists feel like they're walking on egg shells. I never liked the "You're doing it wrong" teaching style even if the information might be right. Sure there are some things like anatomy that are objective correct but -

I think a lot of art principles should be thought about not as "wrong/right way to do things" but rather as *consequences*. "Here's what the term is and why you MAY or MAY NOT want to use it." One art method may be more effective than another, but neither should be avoided! (Great thread btw)
