Why does yoga make me happy? Because my HR goes up and my RR goes DOWN! Wayyyy down. I think controlling RR is undervalued… it’s the gateway to calm. I haven’t been doing yoga regularly for the last 6-8 months and my resting HR has creeped up by 10. Breathing is the key!! Long live the 🫁!!!
