I grew up in a homeless shelter when we weren’t hopping from place to place and programs like these were lifelines for my family. The holidays are when places like these feel the most strain so even if it’s a few cans of food you could make a difference in someone’s life.

This holiday, if you have the means, donate to a local food pantry to help people who aren’t as well off celebrate too. Most of my holidays growing up were fueled by food from food pantries and gifts from things like Angel Tree and Toys for Tots.

I think some of the most impactful advice I've gotten lately has been "Do that thing you want to do now. Waiting for the world to not be fucked up will have you waiting forever - it's always some degree of fucked."

I can't wait to see all of my mutuals that play Fortnite regularly to not touch the game for the entirety of the season in solidarity of all of their trans homies! It's so nice knowing so many people that aren't just allies when it's convenient for them! 🙂💖 Hint. Fucking. Hint.
