𝘊𝘢𝘦𝘭𝘶𝘮.ᐟ ㅤ i’m stuck on orochi as a character. i want him to be an antagonist, but i genuinely have no idea how he could threaten tomio as one? like. he knows if he outs tomio as the jikininki it would make his life better so he doesn’t…… but??? idk what he COULD do

“Orochi— Yamamoto, Orochi. Who’re ya?” he tilted his head a little. “Might as well introduce ourselves if I’mma be hauntin’ ya.”

“You really askin’ a 𝙜𝙝𝙤𝙨𝙩 to feed ya cats? …. Yeah, okay, sure.” He does have a physical body somehow, though. Through the power of hatred, or something like that… At least he’s actually feeding them—?

“Oh, so that’s a yes?” He crossed his arms and leaned against a wall. “Yeah, I can understand that. Break ups suck.” This is one annoying ghost…

“Fuck man, who pissed in your cereal?” he frowned. “Ya get broken up with or somethin’?”

“A ghost, I guess. An onryou, to be more specific.” So, a vengeful ghost. “This ain’t any fun,” he huffed, “you’re more lame than the last guy I haunted.”

Orochi’s face fell. He looks both dejected and annoyed. “Ya not supposed to be in tha’ mood to be haunted….” he mumbled. “What, someone eat your dead body too or somethin’?”

“Why should I, hah?” He pulled down his eyelid and blew a raspberry. “I’m tryna haunt ya here!!”

“No.” he said simply, knocking over yet another object. “Eat my ass.” What kinda insult…

Orochi did feel a bit bad, but at the same time… Anyone who would marry the likes of 𝙏𝙤𝙢𝙞𝙤 should suffer by association! It’s only natural! “Hmpf….” Orochi frowned and crossed his arms. “This asshole better uphold the deal.”

There’s an absolute shit eating grin on the ghost’s face. “Whaddya gonna do ‘bout it?”

“Heehee… Loser.” Grown ass man, by the way.

Orochi gave a nod and silently began to lead Yana away, directly to where he needed her.

“Perfect.” He clapped his hands together, a smile on his face. “Take your time… No rush.”

“Of course. Ah, also, before you go— you wouldn’t happen to know someone who could get rid of a… demon issue, do you?” Orochi’s praying Yana doesn’t know Ume is an exorcist for this lie.

“Orochi.” Tomio may or may not have mentioned a ghost who used to haunt him named Orochi. “…Yana, right?”
