Please just be normal to people about what they say they are. If someone who only likes fictional men says they're a lesbian, they're a lesbian. If someone who only likes fictional men says they're bi, they're bi. If someone says they're nonbinary & a lesbian then they are both. It's not about you.

And this IS irrational but I want to ask YouTubers talking about truly horrible things (which I don't watch because I shouldn't even be looking) why they're smiling in their thumbnails. But I mean there's no good expression to have on a thumbnail for stories like those, and faces get clicks I guess?

Going on social media is just doomscrolling by default right now, so I'm not really here. But I am rereading The Hunger Games for the first time in over a decade, for a book club. If any of my mutuals are old enough to remember my Opinions, I'd like to announce they haven't changed.

I wasn't a fan of the word "romantasy" at first, but as long as it's being used I just wish we'd be consistent about it, and book snobs (which I am myself to an extent) should stop using it arbitrarily as a marker of bad quality in any fantasy book that has romance.
