I wrote this a couple years ago, I used some samples for the ambient effects but the piano is all mine, I think the inspiration I had for this was something Resident Evil save room-esque? Or at least the melody sounds like it's inspired by it.

Going to therapy has been such a game changer for me! Being able to grow out of this constant “survival mode” has brought me a lot of peace even when things seem tough!!
