A protocol for Encrypted Execution Environments (E3).
As more decisions are automated in 2026, the question isn't who decided but what actually executed.

Enclave enables untrusted parties to act together using private inputs, encrypted execution, and verifiable outcomes. Privacy not as isolation, but as coordination.

Enclave shifts computation from adversarial to collaborative. While most systems assume privacy is something individuals defend, Enclave treats privacy as a group property: - multiple encrypted inputs - one verifiable result - zero exposure

New post: the first entry in our Enclave Cryptography series. It examines a core issue in hybrid FHE–ZK systems: how to prove that a ciphertext actually encrypts the value referenced in a ZK witness.

Opaque systems are one important strategy in adversarial settings. Enclave takes another path: ✦ Privacy in relation ✦ Relational privacy enables people to act together without exposure, using private inputs, encrypted execution, and public correctness.

Governance isn't just about counting votes. It's about protecting the things the median voter won't. Privacy won’t survive that. Only private ballots will.

Even leading cryptography orgs struggle with the real failure mode in digital voting: human key custody. The IACR election didn't fail because encryption broke. It failed because one trustee lost their share of the decryption key.

A lot of zero-sum behavior is really just fear of exposure. Encrypt the inputs, and collaboration becomes a viable choice.

The psyop worked because privacy was framed as isolation. But privacy is actually an ecological condition. It makes new forms of relation, coordination, and agency possible, without surveillance, coercion, or exposure.

TEEs worked for the last decade. The next decade needs Encrypted Execution Environments (E3s). 🚨 New research shows how Intel SGX & AMD SEV-SNP can be broken with just <$50 hardware. Replay, tamper, bypass attestation: all possible because TEEs decrypt data in memory.

TEEs embed trust in hardware attestations. E3s distribute it cryptographically. Which would you rather rely on for sensitive computation?

If you can prove how you voted, you can be bribed. Receipt-freeness breaks that link. Enclave achieves it with E3s + FHE + ciphertext masking, making receipts meaningless, even under coercion.

Most coordination problems aren't communication problems. They're aggregation problems. Voting. Auctions. Analytics. Same structure: many private inputs → one public output But plaintext breaks trust. And trusted intermediaries make systems fragile.
