“Yet they do not wish for you to do so. Short-lived races do not enjoy being forced to live eternally.” She giggled to herself. “No you see.. I am everywhere around my concept. Until you free yourself of me I am here. Just as you visit my brother while you sleep.. I am here as you wake”

A bubble pop. Dark for the goldfish it would seem. Though two pieces are already missing. A great start. Del smiled onward kicking her feet from her seat.

“And I am the kindest of my kin. But a child in their eyes. Just as you hold onto this selfish need to keep them alive. They hold onto the wish of death” She heals his wounds with a small chuckle. “One isn't meant to be around me for long. Delirium is bad for you. Yet you stay. In my mad world”

The goldfish blubbers and for some reason it makes perfect sense. Just plain ol’ chess rules. Which might be why she's losing. “Here you take over.” Her loss also has nothing to do with her eating the soldiers. The board reset though the pieces took on the shape of people from the witch's life.

Del is a lot of things but all there isn't one of them. It’s luck if she remembers a name. “I’m playing checkers!” chess- “But this goldfish is beating me. He’s very good” One cannot hope to predict the strangeness they will see in her presence. “Did you come to play too?”

“I see you” Is talking to a wall.

A blink of mismatched eyes. A curious head tilt akin to a dog “Hell-? Oh, I forgot the oh-? -O” She turned from her floating game of what seemed like chess with.. Chocolate soldiers, and a very real goldfish. “Oh, the kitty girl. The witch. Yes hello. I said it right this time”

“Reality bends to me. I can erase energy if I wish. Or turn it into a snow cone” She waved a hand and made an ice cream cone appear in her hand. “This one tastes like a long-lost dream”

“Oh dear elf. I can erase anything I wish. Reality is a game I play” In the blink of an eye, she's gone, appearing elsewhere. Sat atop some stones. “A demon is nothing. Even a god is nothing to me. Mortals made myths about my kin”

“I am one of the only beings bound only by the rules of blood. I could talk to anyone I wished…. Oooh I want cotton candy”
