Episode 7 of GQUUUUUUX is what all great episodes strive to be, a massive sea change in the middle of the series that mixes up our character dynamics right as they could’ve become stale, and raised the stakes and ambition far beyond the initial scope. Frankly the clear favorite for Episode OT Year.

Great #Lazarus criticism. These stand alone eps "don't build into the larger narrative in a meaningful way, taking away from the core motivation and momentum of the plot" & underserves its characters. Good job pointing out the flaw in its narrative structure.

Heartbreaking realization that even though Vortex (Lazarus OP track) is 1 of 1 this season, Tank! is just simply too iconic to ever be dethroned in the Watanabe ouvre.

I really do love how the new Apothecary Diaries OP has this visual thread of "unfolding" and "reflection" that all lead into the mysteries we've gotten this season and truly tie the piece into a cohesive whole instead of a bunch of one-shots.
