Sims Testing Results: It looks like the underlying issue is still there but you can't see the objects. So I do believe they fixed the festivals issue but certain objects from the festival get still added to your apartment - you just can't see them anymore. Hope they can fix the underlying issue too.

There are several issues in Sims 4 that are 'contagious'. By this I mean, if you have a bug in a save game, then go to the main menu and load another save, the bug will transfer to the other save and if you save in that state, you will have it there too. (1/2)
