If you're feeling overwhelmed, it's intentional. They're calling it "flooding the zone." The intent is to overwhelm and exhaust us so we can not effectively resist. Something simple you can do right now now is to make sure to take breaks and rest.

I’m sitting here watching the Commanders game with my fiancée and he’s wearing his jersey. Because he kept changing the channel during the Vikings game, and annoying him is fun, I looked at him and go, “omg babe, I LOVE your football cosplay! It’s soooo cute you’re wearing it to watch the game!” 1/2
