I don't know who needs this information, but Netflix has a 6-episode Spanish murder mystery, "City of Shadows," that centers on Gaudi's buildings in Barcelona. With locations like this, the plot barely matters.

It's interesting that Fitbit provides stats correlating directly with how I feel. An entire month of intense work stress, lack of exercise, and unusually poor diet because I haven't been able to routinely buy fresh food, and now a week of bad sleep, has had a nasty effect on my resting heart rate.
