In today's episode of "Living with Depression," my mind is sabotaging me. My perceived self-worth is negative. I'm sharing this for two reasons: 1. There's no shame in this. 2. Letting people know they're not alone. I'm trying to use my therapy tools to help, but it's hard.

I reviewed the Tile trackers and they really behind without ultra-wideband support (UWB). UWB lets you find items with precision within inches. Without UWB, Tile trackers get you within 30ish feet and the rest is mostly luck.

I've been trying to write more here and I almost always feel in a lower mood when coming up with something. I just have less to say.

A long time ago, I wrote "BOUNDLESS ENERGY" on a whiteboard. I'd look at it when I was exhausted, trying to scratch out a career. Then I'd have tons of caffeine. The lesson? I don't know. Here's a gif:

If you feel miserable every day and don't seem to get out of it ever, see a therapist or psychiatrist. I was afraid that "fixing" me would make me less than me. Nope. That's nonsense. You'll still be you. The work can be hard, but it's worth it.

I advocate for reusing tech around the house, but sometimes it's not worth it. That's my way of saying I should have never bought those Amazon Fire tablets on sale a while back.

I'm already tired from a March trip I haven't taken yet.

My wife got me a huge bouquet of flowers because I officially got a promotion. She went with this color palette, in part, bc I enjoy the Reverse Flash character.

You know the amazing relieved feeling you get when a meeting gets cancelled? I wish workplaces would occasionally cancel the entire work day by surprise (with notice given by the end of the previous day).

After watching many episodes of "Desperate Housewives," I have decided that Eva Longoria should play me in a movie (should a movie ever happen).

I would like some fried rice. Why do I write these? I generally don't eat fried foods any more (other than Buffalo wings for some reason). So, if you are in a position to have fried rice, enjoy.

Y'know, reality is absolutely insane right now. Weathering all this is exhausting. So, I have an announcement:

This is my personal opinion and not that of any companies I may be associated with: If you are set on getting an Android tablet, Samsung and Lenovo make the best ones. They essentially fix most of the shortcomings found in Android as a tablet OS.
