By DNA sequencing we reveal that large mutated clones are common in #atherosclerosis. Often >10% of cells carry the same #mutation ⚡and must share a common ancestral cell. Our initial findings are published in JCI Insight today: insight.jci.org/articles/vie... @jci-insight.bsky.social @sdu.dk
