I'm currently taking a six week course on financial governance, through Governance Solutions. We are analyzing the financials for various organizations. Last week was We Charity. This week is Laurentian. I HIGHLY recommend this for folks involved in board work. It has been top notch.

I’m a matcha drinker. Have been for over 20 years. My daughter thinks it’s still a niche fuel of choice, but I think it has come into its own. So, a poll for those folks who need a caffeine kick in the pants: - Matcha - Regular green tea - Black Tea - Energy Drinks - Coffee - Yerba Mate - other?

Almost through IFS level 2 (Intimacy from the Inside Out). Main takeaway, is this: open hearted hearing of our partners - REALLY hearing with an open heart- on issues that give us strong feelings, is HARD. Like so hard it's hard even in role play. And yet it's what makes the whole difference.
