I’m doing a bit better today. Thank you to everyone who reached out. Things are incredibly hard right now and there is some absolutely devastating news in my family. I’m working on picking up the pieces of my mental health, I’m not really ok but I’ll survive for now.

I am alive but very unwell. It feels like my entire mental state finally collapsed last night. I’ve been holding it together with toothpicks and duct tape. I don’t see a way up from here. There so much wrong but I just don’t have the spoons anymore and am just in a semi permanent dissociative state.

I am not doing well mentally, not at all. I really do not want to be here anymore. I’m so sick of struggling and now it feels like even certain people who are closest to me don’t want me around. I don’t know who to reach out to, support online is too difficult when disassociating.

Had a fantastic date night with @andraconix.com on Saturday! I took them out for sushi and we went to see Above & Beyond. Lots of smiles, good vibes and emotions were had, I feel like we both needed a night like that.

Childhood dream achieved! As a kid I always loved stopping by the tiki room at Disneyland to get Dole Whip and always wish I could make it at home. Last night that dream came true! It’s not quite perfect but damn close considering I’m not using a full size soft serve machine!!

So I got an MRI yesterday over 2 months after my injury date (June 2nd) cause it’s not getting better. Turns out I completely tore my CFL and ATFL. I asked for an MRI 2 months ago and now I will find out if I need surgery to fix it which would mean starting at square one for recovery.

A little experiment that worked very nicely. Grilled cheese on ube bread. The ube is light and subtle so I went with havarti and munster so I didn’t drown out the ube flavor. The combo worked perfectly! Made one for @andraconix.com yesterday and one myself today. Look at that cheese pull!!!

I’m super proud of this project, I’ve spent the last few days working on special TF jello shots for @andraconix.com. They knew I was making them in syringes but I surprised them with the fact they glow under a blacklight. My secret ingredient is 100% safe and edible despite the wild look.

Woke up, made coffee and realized I just happen to have everything I need to make a loaf of banana bread, SO I DID!! It came out perfect! Crunchy caramelized crust and moist, fluffy interior. Delicious!
