Yes my intention with this account is to find like minded people and share my experience of living with bipolar type one, please note I am non binary...hence my name 'Bug.' Thanks.

My bipolar (type 1) is putting up a fight today, can't focus on what's in front of me, keep getting bad memories, trying to stay present but grounding techniques aren't working fast enough. Doing my best to not take the L today.

Hey #bipolarsky Anyone else struggle with their gender identity? I found "bipolargender" and it best explains my relationship with my gender. Don't get me wrong, I KNOW I'm AFAB, but when it comes to expressing myself nonbianary is where I tend to lean. I go by They and She pronouns generally.

Been so focused on my mental health that my physical has been slipping, went to the gym for the first time yesterday and going to be starting my #fitnessjourney

Ya'll I'm super single now.

So I forgot to take my meds, took them 4 hours late and have had the worst headache since. #bipolardiaries

Can't change my #Bipolar diagnosis, but I can make sure my mental illness isn't making me mentally ill. Part of that was giving up drinking because it doesn't mix with my medication well. I do drink NA beer & wine. Almost a year since I had a real drink.

Since upping my ADHD med I haven't been on here as much, just know I'm still sober and #bipolar, but on vacation for 3 more days!

Pray with me #bipolarsky that I can make it to vacation Monday! Feeling burnt out.

So I went on this date with a guy from hinge, and it actually went really well. Just played an hour of Diablo 4 together!

#bipolarsky I have spent two superbowls in the hospital due to my mental health. So i celebrate #FootBallDay with my family.

I love the #bipolarsky post but hate how it's started to just be about 2 famous people that may or may not have bipolar disorder.... They are not an example of every bipolar person, I hope people know this.

Ha so totally had to turn around and get my meds before work today, and then the second half of work sucked, but didn't lash out about it. Can tell an improvement with the adhd med!

#bipolardiaries I've let my room go so bad idk how to fix it or what it should even look like anymore So I'm paying my mom to do it. Gave her a budget and said whatever is leftover is hers.

Thing I'm noticing since upping my #ADHD med is that my phone games aren't as fun.

Officially been full time at my job for a year! There was a time in my #bipolar journey I was told I would never work again. Feels good to prove them wrong.

So i scheduled an extra therapy session because I wasn't doing well and now I'm feeling better and forgot why I wasn't doing well #bipolar problems...?

Ha. Sooooo... #bipolardiaries time. Wednesday morning I took my meds and got sick 20 mins later, it was like I missed a dose. It's now Friday night and let me tell you, today was rough rough.
