Redecorated the loach tank today and actually saw all my guys out in the open for the first time in months. I'm sure they'll find new hiding spots soon, but I took out the giant log that they dug all the way under.

Birthday boys this last week. Teddy (black and white, August 14) just turned 1 and Cinnamon (Orange, August 18) turned 3 🐮😺

New friend in the tank! I've been trying to figure out what else I wanted to do with my 55 gallon community tank, since it's been mostly empty with just a pair of mollies and angelfish (and bottomfeeders) 🐠

Happy 4th of July

I finished This Is How You Lose the Time War today and had some big feelings. Big feelings were shortly ruined by the worst YA trash I think I've ever read.

Finally managed to tame the overgrown plants and guppy population in my shrimp tank. I didn't realize how many shrimp were hiding in the jungle.

New friend in the fishtanks today. I've been wanting to get a CPO crayfish for a while now, but couldn't justify the cost of a mail order and never got around to asking the local store if they could get them in. Dropped in to the local store today to look at food and *boom*- there he is.

Throwing a tantrum because I gave him the wrong food (apparently doesn't like live earthworm) vs extremely pleased because I gave him a new favorite food (loves live earthworm) 🪱🐠

Post a picture of when your pet was little (Stormy is still little even though she's 2 years old. Cinnamon wasn't full grown but also wasn't a baby when he followed us home)
