What troubled me the most was the (inappropriate) physical contact. At one point P. Trump literally made a "brush back" at P. Zelenskyy. That isn't negotiation. It's brow beating by a bully. P. Zelenskyy did well to hold himself in check. I consider that a mark of control, and character.
