Sooo DiffX ended up in the #1 spot on Hacker News. That, um.. that was an experience. I think I should write more about the sorts of challenges we face with integrating with SCMs and similar tools. They're non-obvious and often surprising.

One of the things we've built that I think we really got right is DiffX.org. There really isn't any standard for diffs. Every tool has their own format. We've built a spec and implementation for a universal format retaining backwards-compatibility.
