A few months ago a shelf collapsed in the middle of the night and took my poor Solina synth with it (the first synth I ever built). It landed right on the cutoff pot and snapped the shaft leaving it unplayable. I finally fixed it today and it feels so good to have it alive again! 😊😊

I recreated the Stranger Things intro in a one-take performance using my live hardware setup. No DAW, no edits. The new season motivated me to try out a darker twist on the iconic arp (by the end of the video). My dawless rig is: Microfreak, Volca Sample 2, MS-70CDR, H4n. #musicsky #synthsky

Since video game companies keep lying about usage of gen AI, I think this should be brought up again. I use it on my store page, and it's easy to see at a quick glance on the right hand sidebar.

Seems obvious, but remember to just play your instrument for the sole purpose of messing around and having fun. It's been a good while since I've done that and it felt gooooooood
