National Black HIV/AIDS Awareness Day is a day to increase awareness about HIV among Black communities and encourage people to get involved in prevention efforts, get tested, and get treatment if they are living with HIV.

We had a wonderful time recently with our friends from Encore Community Services - Aging through Arts Center during a Heart Health “How stress can affect your heart” presentation! Attendees got to expand their knowledge, make connections, and get resources to help in their daily lives.

Every minute, 40 people are diagnosed with #cancer globally. Today is World Cancer Day today – a global day to raise awareness and take action against cancer and commit to fighting for a cure. 🌍
