120 BB squats. When I go light, I sit even deeper to reinforce full depth. That carries over when I load the bar back up. Ass to grass to achieve full ROM & position consistency. These were programmed as 3-1-0 tempo squats, tho a few reps had a quicker descent than intended. #BlackSkyFitness #Gymsky
