I had an epiphany the other month .. I don't trust anyone who has never had at least once in their life had to count the coppers in their pocket to survive the week!

Right. So my sister who was already in hospital for something else was given emergency surgery as they discovered she had a perforated bowel. Due to complications with her existing health she had to be sedated and taken into ICU.

Currently looking after a poorly little bear, he's caught a virus or something and it's been coming out of both ends. Hasn't spoiled his northern adventure too much so that's a small relief! We might be staying an extra day just to make sure he's okay.
