I try and reply pretty quickly for people generally, but I can often miss stuff for some time and I always feel bad about it. I really only leave people on read on purpose if they're total strangers and the message is kind of generic or I'm not feeling it. But I try to give people I know a response

I kind of want to do some Spartan races again next year but I'm a little worried that my shoulder has been a bit wonky, so I'm wondering if an obstacle course race isn't asking to fuck it up more or not.
