In my brain my performance dropped off after 2019 when I had kids, but actually looking at my times I really got slower after 2023 or so when I was a year into HRT and now I'm curious how much of that is not running much of 2024 due to bottom surgery killing my performance and how much is HRT

Slightly slower than Monday but faster than the rest of the year so the trendline is trending. Really wanna get back to faster than last year, see if I can't reverse my multi year trend of slowing
