You might adopt a plant based diet for health, climate, and/or whatever other reason. However, veganism is about the animals. I didn't adopt a plant based diet because of health or the environment, I went plant based due to veganism, and went vegan because of the animals. Those are bonuses.

I know I talk about it a lot, but I am grateful to be alive. I spent years anemic, in chronic pain(multiple Tylenol every day, no pain meds), and my white blood cell count was 65k. Two months in the hospital, surgery and a couple days in ICU, I was cachectic. After PT, I am better than before.

I used to stream vegan Minecraft hardcore survival runs regularly. I enjoyed them quite a bit, but when they did the partnership with McDonald's for their movie I just decided to boycott them. I do miss playing the game in a unique and fun way, but partnering with McDonald's in 2025 is brazen.🐄🐷🐣🐟

Whenever I discuss veganism and being kind to animals, I'm usually met with some hostility. Who would have thought that people who pay to exploit, kill, and consume animals would not like people who are kind to them? If someone is hostile because you are compassionate, it says a lot about them.

A whole food plant based diet is one of the best things you can do for your body. Being vegan is the best thing you can do for the planet, your health, and the animals. People say vegan food is bland but I have had burgers, cake, and corn dogs that were incredible. No excuse, go vegan. ✌️💚
