It's been a while but finally made beef jerky version 4.0! Main differences: - addition of Ginger and Tsunami's jalapeno teriyaki sauce - we purchased some beef chuck roll whole and portioned it into steaks and scraps were used for beef jerky Marbling looks amazing but we'll see how it tastes!
