Suggestions? Is there any survey platform that makes it easier for survey participants to respond in ASL by using the platform's video features? Unless I am mistaken, Qualtrics does not appear to be capable of doing that internally such as self-recording.

A question - The ACTFL provides guidelines on the time required for students to achieve proficiency in a language based on hours of instruction. ASL is classified as a Category IV language (I think), which requires over 2,000 hours to achieve proficiency. Now I wonder...(1/2)

A question for you especially those who are experts in this area - 'Heritage Language" - if a deaf child does not acquire ASL at home but at a deaf school, would that count as a heritage language? For most, deaf schools function like a community, right?
