Been busy the last little while. I'm applying to volunteer with Scouts Canada with a local troop. 🤞 My plans if I can convince them will be to introduce these youngins to amateur radio (Morse might be too advanced), basic electronics, star gazing, and other nerdy stuff in a fun, and memorable way.

It's showing a mix of current information and a previous owner of the callsign who went SK in 2019. his first name, my last name, his grid. Can I ask where this info comes from?

You don't need the best gear... honestly a half decent Japanese radio (Yaesu, or iCom) and a good antenna, always a good antenna, don't skimp on that. I'm learning that the hard way now, good radio with a bad antenna.
