I recently saw someone try to make the "if a game is good, it'll find an audience" argument the other day and I've been mad about it since. Success is never guaranteed. You can do everything you can to improve your chances, but I wish more people recognized that quality work ≠ guaranteed audience.

If you maintain your work and business WITHOUT generative "A.i.," you will be ahead of the game when these companies jack up their prices before crashing and burning. Also, your work won't be trash.

One thing that makes our shop special is that we are very strict about our database. If you see a game has been assigned a particular glyph you know FOR SURE that it's going to be in there. And if it's in the primary slot it is definitely the main activity. #indiegames
