One week before defending my dissertation, I visited @annefrankhouse.bsky.social. This quote, from a diary entry on 11 April 1944, resounded w/me and inspires my #CreativeRecess work. “I’ll make my voice heard, I’ll go out into the world and work for mankind!” Happy birthday, Anne, b. 12 June 1929.
