It’s almost summer so while the other bears are doing their things getting fat and happy. It’s time for us polar bears to relax and wait till our ice comes back for another winter of hunting and survival.

These paws are heavy. One... Two.... Three.... Four..... Step after step. Hard to keep lifting these four paws.

Most polar bears spend so much time alone because of necessity for survival. It's a hard world out there. I however don't like being so alone. I am Aurora the lights in the sky, the spirit that dances for you and keeps you all company. I'm am here to remind you, you are not alone bears.

Bear is physically and mentally exhausted. I don't want to work as much as I have been. But saying you need time to yourself doesn't help. I know I need time to rest. But how am I supposed to get time for all my appointments? How am I supposed to be healthy? Giving time to myself to rest seems 🧵
