It’s almost December, which I would nominate as “Schrödinger's month”. From the outside it looks like a normal month, but open it up and you might find that your roadmap is already dead. If your Q1 plan isn’t ready, today is a good day to fix that.

This is great advice. A technique that’s good, fast, AND cheap! Now if only the rest of engineering could be like that 😉
