It's been a busy week at TTCT, as we begin to refine plans for the academic year 2025-26. We have been discussing and refreshing the TTCT School Improvement Model. I look forward to adding some more detail about the six components we have identified over the coming weeks.

At TTCT, we have a different safeguarding campaign each term. During term 6, we will be working with students on speaking up if they or others are feeling lonely or isolated. Students may feel vulnerable towards the end of an academic year when there are changes in routines over the summer break.

TTCT Curriculum Teams worked hard to launch LearnEd for our Y11 scholars and continue to add new content to support students' preparation for their examinations. Reducing workload for staff and increasing support for students.

At TTCT we all have a legacy sentence to describe the positive impact we wish to have. The idea taken from Dan Pink's work on self-determination. We often start meetings with sharing our sentences. I love to hear them! Mine is 'he inspired me to inspire others'.
