Last Friday on my way to my scheduled brain/cervical spine MRI I saw several pigeons huddling together at an underpass trying to keep warm and it stuck with me

replies felt weirdly discouraged on twitter (at least to me) but I really recommend getting back into the habit of telling artists directly when you like their stuff. not even in an engagement farming way, it just feels nice. nobody's day is going to be worse hearing that you like their work

Alright so good news, my pen monitor I use to make my digital oil paintings on my PC is NOT cooked. Expect more bird paintings! I may and or may not have realized until last night that I’ve had a screen protector on it ever since I bought it like 5 years ago and the screen is in fact still pristine

i made a painted turtle friend today!! i was out at a large garden and was trying to paint the pond in front of me. it was rlly frustrating trying to capture it well though, so i drew him instead since he was VERY adamant on swimming and following me around as i repositioned my mountaineering stool

i am overwhelmingly excited for procreate dreams 😩 going to relive flipnote hatena as an adult. will be baller
