Made my way all the way to San Francisco State University kinesiology lab for a body composition test after learning they have multiple machine types, only to get absolute NONSENSE results on both 🤡 (the Cosmed bodpod was what I wanted to try, it SHOULD be very accurate). 2% body fat, ya right 🧟‍♂️

Seriously considered skipping the gym today to squeeze in some Pokopia time… I’ll have a lot of time to play on my upcoming trip though.

This reminded me to share, as someone who doesn’t like the tax software vendors, some $ saving options for US bloomfs to look into: IRS FreeFile, freetaxUSA, your local state’s tax website. Turbo + HR BLOCK aren’t the only options out there! (They’re just the ones with the most advertising budget)

Flight delayed, almost certainly missing my connection in the US. At least I can watch planes take off by a pool while I wait. Gotta take the bad with the good ☯️
