Character development is definitely a process… Example: DeMont Original conception vs current (final) design

So talk lore. The world the were project takes place in, turns the concept of Were and gives it a twist. Here, weres are NATURALLY in their animal form, and can “shift” to have the appearance of a human this was/is used almost like a camouflage or defense mechanism to fit it with humans
