Skater is someone I have a HUGE amount of respect for. We have faced each other many times, be it one-on-one, in multi-person matches, and even tag team matches. But this is the first time, we meet one-on-one in a Square Rally event. And I will do everything it takes to win.

Just wanted to thank everyone for the birthday wishes here on Bluesky, as well as Discord and Twitter! Didn't properly count how many there were, but there were certainly a fair few! As for how I celebrated my 28th, I just had a quiet one at home with my partner and our cats.

The hype I had for this game was immense. And this trailer was fantastic. Using Fatboy Slim's 'Rockefeller Skank' was a brilliant choice, definitely added to the hype.

Found this old clip from like 2021 or 2022 on my phone's SD card of my old cat Floof watching me play the Spyro Reignited Trilogy and being obsessed with Sparx. I miss this little guy. RIP Floof.

On tonight's menu in Kiwi's Kitchen: Nachos with a homemade cheese sauce comprised of flour and butter to make a roux, milk, salt and pepper to taste, and edam cheese, combined with a chopped green onion. And finished with a sprinkling of pepper and an onion garnish. Delish!

Anyway, now I'm back. Here's a homemade pizza I made tonight. Danish salami and onion, with a whole lot of cheese, with a base sauce made of tomato paste. The actual pizza base itself was also homemade (first time ever), and I tried to make it a stuffed crust, but it didn't quite *pan* out. 😅🍕

Late last year, I took leave from Twitter, as I was no longer happy with that platform. Earlier this year, I also stepped away from Bluesky. It's been nice to step away from most social media, get some perspective on life, and enjoy it! I think I'm about ready to come back. :)
