As a tribute to David Bowie the human, gone 10yrs today, I named a very special dog after him. Our DB was taken from us too soon by Immune-mediated hemolytic anemia. I was given song rights by WMG for this vid. For those of you who never met our DB, I hope you enjoy a glimpse of my Goblin King.

Catherine O’Hara’s eye appt went great. Her cataract surgery is still a shining success. Glaucoma is always a concern with diabetes. Pure luck that I had her checked. There’s no damage to her retina, optic nerve or her new lenses. Her pupils are back to normal size and she can see! Go back in April.

Her pupils are different sizes. One is way too small. The other is way too big and almond shaped. Both are cloudy.

I just passed my 1st veterinary medicine continuing education course. Critical Care diagnostic practices. I chose cardiology. Most of the senior hospice care I do is heart related. I still do not want to be a Dr. I love being NOT a Dr. I would love to have the certs and trust to help more pets.

Catherine O’Hara had her eye pressure test. It’s at six! I will continue treatment and we will retest on Friday. I could be wrong, but I really think we caught this just as it was happening and that’s why we’re having such a huge success.
