Added a blushing mechanic and fixed his wrists

His mouth now moves depending on the camera. I dunno how well it'll work in vnyan but I thought I'd give it a go. It's created some shading issues but I'm sure I can fix that

Face tracking. Its always a fun challenge to try face tracking on a non-human face.

While I'm planning on attempting the Yuji Uekawa's SA2B style, I thought I'd yassify his eyes and make them more vtuber

Welp, I feel like I've been called out

So far, so good (Merely.wufeii's tutorial over on youtube). Turns out Live2D isn't as complicated as I first feared. Of course, it's only the basics right now

For mass texturing, I make sure all of my body pieces have roughly the same UVs. Easiest way is to have a main UV with all your pieces and export/import as an image and literally just trace the layout. It can be a bit of a pain for completely different geometry but is doable with a lot of pinning

I've been working so much on UVs in Blender that I've begun to dream about UVs

Every now and again I get the urge to learn Live2D but it becomes a bigger and bigger undertaking the longer I leave it XD

I could do with some drawing practice. Give me a reference of your OC, or DnD character or vTuber and I'll pick some to draw. Humanoids would be best.

As a fun side project I've been working on a #Hermes model #epicthemusical. It's basically a vtuber with raw face tracking data right now. Also I haven't given his hair/glasses/hat but I thought it would be fun to render out what I have so far

Wow, I can't get over how much smoother the experience here is from when I first signed up. It's so much easier to see what's going on, not just from how it was before but compared to the hellsite (which I had stopped using a while ago). I'm so happy to see friends who have migrated over
