THIS WEEK: We take a look at the subject of Art with Daisy Wilson from Yr Athrofa, UWTSD, and then talk to just-qualified art teacher, Jack Siddall, who gives us the lowdown on some fantastic work he did on decolonising the art curriculum while he was on the PGCE. Tune in on Friday!

TOMORROW: a slightly belated reflection on Estyn's report on the quality of maths teaching, which landed too late last year to squeeze it into season 7. As always, some poky discussion, not least our colleague Cameron with this...!

Next Friday we'll bring you a discussion of Estyn's recent report into the variability of maths teaching here in Wales. As part of that, recently qualified maths teacher Laurence told us what had brought him into the teaching profession as a career-changer.
