I cannot stress how much having 3D scenery is a life saver for all this animating I'm doing on Retrace's mini pilot. If I had to draw all these backgrounds too, I probably would've quit already. lol I need more shortcuts for animating though, it's so exhausting.

I'm trying 😂 So this did look worse before. Then I fixed the spacing between frames. If I at least remembered anything from my one semester of animation, it was luckily probably one of the most important things in animation to know that most newbies overlook- timing. Timing is EVERYTHING.

I always hate it when my editing timeline looks like this- but try having an animated timeline instead! So much worse lol Nearly 18 hrs of work, I was so done, you can tell by the lack of frames at the end- which you can't see here because the timeline was 292 frames but I can't zoom out anymore lol

You know you've been working in a program too long when you keep automatically trying to save in Minecraft by hitting CTRL + S.... And then proceeding to do so on Youtube as well. Long day of 3D modeling, I did not want to lose any of my progress. lol

So I have spent 40+ hours this week working on Retrace, which is great, but since I couldn't seem to easily find the time in the day I stayed up late most nights and have ruined my sleep schedule for it. Will be trying to fix that so I can live stream this week. 😅

Commissions are officially closed for the year! I may open them back up next year, but I'd much father be working on Retrace and monetizing that instead. XD I really want to do a physical release of the comic, but that'll be down the road. What things would you guys like to see in the meantime?
